Sean Keely – Director of People Services

Sean joined the Group in 2015 in the People Services Team and joined the Board as People Services Director in 2022. Sean is a Chartered member of the  Institute of Personnel and Development.

Sean is passionate about engagement has been instrumental in delivering the Groups highest ever employee engagement level  of 84% in 2022.

Sean is also a non-Executive Director on the Group’s Trustee Board that represents the interests of the employee owners.
