The Derwentwater Hotel will officially join the Alfa Travel family in March 2026!

This beautiful property will become the 25th hotel in our Leisureplex collection, offering quality accommodation right in the heart of the Lake District National Park. Over the next six months, the hotel will undergo a £1 million refurbishment, transforming guest bedrooms and enhancing facilities.

Set within 15 acres of lovely landscaped gardens, the Derwentwater Hotel enjoys spectacular lake views from its conservatory and many of its bedrooms. A gentle stroll through the grounds takes you straight to the peaceful shores of Derwentwater, making it the perfect base for exploring.
